Terms of service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply to video and website work provided by Klipspot Marketing Limited (company no. 17395590, registered in England & Wales), correspondence address Office 10258, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath RM6 6AX (“Klipspot”, “we”). By asking us to start work, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and prices
Our published prices are starting prices: simple video from £100, animated explainer video from £200 (most £200–£250), website from £400 one-off. We confirm the price for your project in writing before we start. No VAT is charged.
2. How the work runs
- You send us the details of your business and what you need.
- We write a script and send it to you for approval.
- We send you a demo within 3 working days of script approval.
- We deliver the final video within 7 days.
Timings depend on you sending the information and approvals we need. Website timings are agreed in your quote.
3. Changes
Reasonable changes to the demo are included. Changes that alter the agreed scope, such as a new script after approval or a much longer video, may be quoted separately before we do them.
4. Payment
No upfront payment is needed. We raise the invoice when you approve the final work. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. We may hold back final files or delay launching a website until payment is received.
5. Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, text or other material you send us, and that the information you give us about your business is accurate.
6. Ownership and use
Once paid in full, you may use the finished video and website content to promote your business. We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels unless you ask us not to in writing. Music, fonts, stock and software used under third-party licences remain subject to those licences.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time before you approve the final work by telling us in writing. If you cancel, we will not invoice for work that has not been approved, unless we agreed otherwise in your quote.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care with every project. Our total liability for any project is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
