Who we are
This website is run by Klipspot Marketing Limited (“Klipspot”, “we”, “us”), registered in England & Wales, company no. 17395590. Correspondence address (registered office): Office 10258, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath RM6 6AX. We are the controller of the personal data described here. What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, email address or WhatsApp number, and your message.
- Email: your email address, name and anything you include in your message or attachments.
- WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and the messages and files you send us.
- Client work: business details, logos, images and other material you send us to make your video or website, and the details needed to invoice you.
- Technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
Why we use it and our lawful basis

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making, or send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data for us: our website host and form provider (Netlify, Inc.), our email provider, and WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / Meta) when you message us there. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or UK adequacy regulations. We may also share data with our accountant or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use these rights, email sales@klipspot.com. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. If you are in Ireland, you can also contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own website, so no data is sent to Google Fonts. Portfolio videos are hosted on YouTube. A video is only loaded, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), when you press play. At that point YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may set cookies or similar storage, under Google’s privacy policy. If you do not press play, no YouTube content is loaded.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
